Front Line Leaders Pathway: Stream 1, Cohort 17

This short pathway is aimed at colleagues who have started their new leadership role in the last nine months. 

The pathway focuses on understanding and developing yourself, relationships with individuals in your team and leading the wider team / clinical unit.  The pathway is a virtual offer and promotes self-directed learning, working on real situations, peer coaching and includes applying and reflecting on your learning.
