    Recruitment and Selection Part 1: E-learning

    Our Essential Leadership Modules (ELMs) are aimed at clinical and non-clinical leaders who have formal responsibility for leading others. This includes colleagues who have either recently taken on responsibility for leading people or those who would like to brush up on their leadership skills.


    Learning objectives:

    1. Identify and explain key  employment law elements in regard to recruitment process and practice

    2. Demonstrate an awareness of unconscious bias, the role it plays in our decision making and the impact on recruitment.

    3. Discuss key elements of the recruitment System ‘TRAC’ and Short-Listing process

    4. Identify and apply questioning skills and  the use of competency based questions to determine a candidates’ ability to apply skills to the role
