The Royal Free provides a wide range of tailored Leadership Development including a range of programmes, standalone Essential Leadership Modules, on demand development and a range of apprenticeships.
Our apprenticeships include Licence to Lead (Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor) and Senior Leaders MBA apprenticeship programme.

NHS Elect is a national membership organisation that has been supporting NHS colleagues since 2002.
They are hosted by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and offer a wide range of virtual leadership development and pre recorded sessions you can access on demand.
The topics they cover include Having Difficult Conversations; Teaming and Psychological Safety; Building Personal Resilience and Collaborative & Compassionate Leadership.The Royal Free has a Trust membership so all the resources and sessions are free for you. All you need to do is register using your NHS e-mail address and confirming you work for the Royal Free and then you are ready to access all of the resources available.

The NHS Leadership Academy is free to all NHS employees and contains information on their formal programmes, resources and activities and learning and development.
Their bitesize Learning section is particularly useful with topics such as Team and Group Dynamics, Courageous Conversations, and Reuniting as a team amongst their vast offer. They also provide links to some really helpful and informative TedTalks.
Much of the development is on demand so you are able to access it when you need it and go back over sessions if you wish.

The King's Fund is an independent charitable organisation working to improve health and care in England. Our vision is that the best possible health and care is available to all.
They have a really helpful publications section which covers research and analysis on health and social care. There are many publications of leadership and related topics as well as blogs and podcasts.Some of their resources are free and some require funding. So please review carefully as these can be expensive and may require personal funding.
The Kings Fund have recently created a Free Online Events Offer and a 'catch up with our past events' section which you can access for free and on demand.
